We (“we”, “our”, “us”) provide an AI-powered WhatsApp chatbot solution for businesses to automate sales. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data obtained through interactions with our WhatsApp chatbot.
2. Data Collection
When users interact with your clients via the WhatsApp AI bot, we may collect:
- Contact information (e.g. name, phone number, email)
- Chat logs or conversation content needed to understand user requests
- Interaction metadata (timestamps, responses, usage logs)
- Optional information like purchase history or preferences if the user provides it
We do not collect sensitive personal data such as health records, biometric data, or financial/payment credentials.
3. Purpose of Data Use
Collected data is used only to:
- Provide and improve automated sales workflows
- Respond to inquiries and facilitate transactions on behalf of your clients
- Analyze customer behavior to enhance bot performance
- Comply with legal or regulatory requirements or investigate abuse or fraud.
4. Consent & Opt‑In
You or your clients must obtain explicit opt-in consent from users before interacting with them via the bot. Users must be informed about the chatbot, its purpose, and data usage in compliance with WhatsApp Business messaging policy and applicable privacy laws.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal data. We may share data only:
- With third‑party service providers (e.g. cloud hosting, analytics) who support your bot operations—these providers process data solely to perform tasks for us
- If legally required (e.g. court order) or to protect rights and enforce policies.
6. Data Security
We implement technical and organizational safeguards (e.g. encryption, secure servers, limited access) to prevent unauthorized access or misuse of user data. WhatsApp messages benefit from end-to-end encryption as part of the WhatsApp platform protections.
7. Data Retention
We only retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill its intended purpose, or as required by law. When no longer needed, data is securely deleted.
8. User Rights
Users may exercise the following rights at any time:
- Access or receive a copy of personal data held
- Rectify inaccurate or incomplete information

9. AI & Training Data
If our AI system uses interaction data to improve models, this will only occur on anonymized or aggregate data. We do not use user-identifiable chat content to train third-party models or Meta’s AI. This meets expectations around transparency of AI training.
10. WhatsApp & Meta Integration
Your bot operates under the WhatsApp Business Platform and observes WhatsApp’s privacy and messaging policies. Messages remain end-to-end encrypted, and users are clearly informed when interacting with a business account. Users retain full ability to block or opt out at any time.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as needed. Significant changes will be communicated (e.g. via your app interface or email). Continued use of our bot constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
